We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services.

2.3 Data from Third-Party Platforms

When you place an order via Zomato or Swiggy, those platforms collect and process your data under their own Privacy Policies. We may receive your order details (items ordered, delivery address, contact number) for fulfilment purposes only. We do not control how Zomato or Swiggy use your data — please review their respective policies at zomato.com/privacy and swiggy.com/privacy-policy.

  6. Legal Compliance — to maintain records as required by Indian law (e.g. FSSAI, GST, accounting obligations)
  7. Quality Improvement — aggregate, anonymised feedback to improve menu, service, and outlet experience at all 4 branches

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

We do not transfer your personal data outside India except as described above (Google's servers may be located internationally; Google is certified under applicable data transfer frameworks).

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Booking / enquiry records — retained for 12 months from the date of booking, then deleted
  • Newsletter subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe; immediately deleted upon request
  • Website analytics data — Google Analytics retains aggregated data per our retention settings (14 months maximum)
  • Financial / invoice records — retained for 7 years as required by the Indian Companies Act and GST regulations
  • Server access logs — automatically deleted after 90 days

10. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 years of age.
